Carson City uses the Nevada Government Electronic Marketplace (NGEM) to facilitate bidder registration, solicitation publishing, and to transact solicitations electronically. All Carson City vendors are encouraged to register to receive solicitation notices by email and a login to access and respond to online solicitations. There are no fees to register and/or participate in NGEM.

Downloading of the Bid document from the NGEM website does not put you on the plan holders list. You must register with NGEM.
All addenda will be posted in the bid information through the NGEM website above and it is each bidder's responsibility to ensure that they have received all addenda prior to submission of their sealed bid.
